Puppy Sales Contract

This agreement is for the purchase of:

This puppy is being purchased for the said amount for puppy and shipping (which includes any deposit that was previously paid and shipping fees if applicable) and the following conditions must be met.  Any condition unmet is a breech of contract and afore mentioned is considered void.           

 

Genetics  

                     

Beatty Farms Guarantees its puppies against congenital defects such as (deafness, Heart murmur, or hip dysplasia) Should this puppy develop crippling hip dysplasia at anytime from purchase to two years of age (confirmed by x-rays from a competent, licensed Veterinarian OFA certification), said documentation should be sent to Beatty Farm at witch time the Breeder along with my Veterinarian will determine whether the puppy should be returned to Beatty Farms at the expense of the Buyer or shall be euthanized.  We will replace the puppy with one of equal value to said puppy at the original time of purchase under these circumstances only, unless otherwise negotiated prior to purchase.  We reserve the right to request that the x-rays or documentation be sent first for review to a board-certified Veterinarian Radiologist or other Veterinarian of our choice.  Should the Buyer prefer to retain the said puppy, the Buyer agrees to take full responsibility for all medical cost acquired on said puppy Breeder has no obligation to any medical cost. If Buyer chooses to keep puppy proof of spay or neutering and all registration papers must be sent to Buyer before a replacement will be made.

            The health and temperament of this dog is excellent to the best of our knowledge and belief at the time of sale.  The required vaccinations and worming are as indicated on the health record attached or sent with puppy.  We advise the Buyer have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of Buyer’s choice within 72 hours after receipt of puppy.  If the veterinarian finds the puppy to be in poor health, the puppy must be immediately returned to us at the expense of Buyer for a replacement of equal value, unless other arrangements are mutually agreed upon.  Failure to see a veterinarian within 72 hours will null all guarantees.  It is Buyer’s obligation to continue routine veterinary check-ups and vaccinations. No further guarantee is made.  All sales are final and down payments or deposits are non-refundable. 

 

 

Registration

This puppy is sold with Full Registration and breeding rights.  Buyer understands that puppy is not guaranteed for show or breeding and Buyer has no obligations to Beatty Farms for showing and breeding this puppy.  Registration papers are guaranteed and will be sent when they are received form Registration Company.
